The investigation is ongoing and. Once fault is established, the driver at fault could face criminal and civil cases.

When an individual is involved in a serious car crash the injured party or their loved ones could file a civil action. In the case of an injured victim, a personal injury lawsuit could help cover the expenses associated with their medical treatment and related damages.
